Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?

Perpetually? Two days a week or more?

On the weekend when you wish you had enough energy to either be productive or have fun, but somehow you never feel like either?

Hormonal issues got you down? Weight gain?

A general feeling of “I don’t feel like myself” and you can’t remember the last time you did?

It’s not you. It’s living in an “always on, never off” world. And often, the best ways are the old ways.

so why does taking care of yourself feel so hard?

Because as your lifestyle has moved further away from nature, so has your body. Processed food, sitting in chairs all day, and light that overrides the rising and setting of the sun are not what your body was built for.

your body has a blueprint for how it wants to live

YOUR UNIQUE MAP TO VIBRANT HEALTH

  • ABUNDANT ENERGY

How energized you feel on any given day comes from how much sleep you got, the nutritional content of your food, and whether or not you’ve moved your body. Yes, movement actually gives you MORE energy by delivering oxygen and nutrients to your heart, lungs, and muscles. The majority of my clients come to me saying, “I just feel so tired all the time.” But it takes far more than a sleeping pill to solve the energy puzzle.

  • FREEDOM IN THE BODY

A lot of the everyday aches and pains in our bodies come from eating inflammatory foods and a lack of sleep and movement. Movement especially makes our muscles strong and more flexible, as well as releasing the STRESS that our bodies hold. Stress causes your muscles to tense and spasm and raises your cortisol levels (which also often trigger weight gain). It takes far more than an Advil to get to the root of headaches, back pain, etc etc etc.

  • CLARITY OF MIND & HEART

Once again — lack of rest, movement, and nutrient dense food lead to an inability to concentrate and manage your emotions. If you often feel as if you’re walking in a fog and have a hard time concentrating on work, life admin, or creative projects, I can almost guarantee you’re not getting enough sleep, movement, or nutrition. All three cause your hormones to fire throughout the day, so if they’re out of sync, you won’t get the clarity you need.

are you starting to see a pattern?

Red Medicine — food, movement, and rest — are the keys to a healthy, happy body, mind, and spirit. The solution isn’t sexy…but it’s simple.

the good news: i can help you find your body’s blueprint and return to your true nature

I’m Laurie Gosselin, offering indigenous wisdom for the modern woman.

In 2015, I received my spirit name, Red Medicine Thunderbird Woman in a naming ceremony on the land of my ancestors, the indigenous people of Canada. My responsibility in receiving this name is to unlock its meaning and share its teachings and wisdom like a sacred assignment.

To me, Red Medicine encompasses all feminine healing practices that ultimately support feminine leadership. Its foundation is the medicine bundle of our most essential needs: nourishment from food and movement and rest for our bodies, minds, and spirits.

There’s a limit to what women can accomplish when they’re exhausted. Whatever ways you’re called to lead in this life, my classes will teach you how to easily and simply nourish yourself so that you have the energy to show up for your life, feeling the vibrant radiance that is your birthright.

My Credentials

My journey of personal healing led me through countless trainings and initiations that I draw upon now to teach others and lead them in their healing. Here are just a few.
