21-Day Rest Revolution Program for Indigenous Women & Allies
December 1-21, 2022
In this 21 day Daring to Rest program, we’ll explore Yoga Nidra as a way to support feeling well-rested and vibrant in your everyday life.
Yoga Nidra is a practice similar to meditation that takes you into a state of conscious sleep. Imagine a deep state of relaxation in which your body and mind are possibly asleep, but your consciousness is awake and receptive to transformation. It may feel like lying down to take a nap…but it’s a practice that can lead to deep healing of your body, mind, and spirit over time in addition to helping you get better sleep at night, feeling more well-rested during the day, and reduced anxiety for many people.
As an indigenous woman, I’m committed to creating safe spaces for other indigenous women to explore healing and wellness, but all who feel consider themselves allies to indigenous women are welcome.
